Frequent Parker/Express Pass Program:

Points are added within 48 hours after you exit the facility.
Log in to your Frequent Parker account and select the Express Pass tab. The web page that opens gives you the option to edit your payment information. After entering the new information click save the changes.
The best way to redeem points is as a method of payment during the prepaid reservation process. After logging into your account, click the Reservations tab. When you reach the Payment Information page, you will be given the option to use points as a method of payment. The system will accept a split payment between Frequent Parker points and a credit card, so you do not have to have enough points to pay for the entire reservation.
Alternatively, you can redeem points for an award voucher- Log in to your Frequent Parker account, and click the Award Center tab. The webpage that opens will show the available redemption options and points required.
Yes. Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Account Information page, please click Associate Reservation with My Account. The information on your reservation receipt is all you need.
That means reservations are no longer available for the parking type and/or dates of your stay. You can call the location for clarification.
We do not give refunds for unused reservation days. We suggest that you make your reservation for the shortest time possible and you can always pay for any extra time (at the discounted reservation rate) upon exit.
Frequent parker holders are guaranteed a spot in the facility, however the type of parking is not guaranteed. Once a type of parking is full, reservations for that type of parking are closed. To redeem your guaranteed space show your membership card at the entrance and the attendant will tell you which type of parking is available (for locations with more than one type of parking like covered or valet).
Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Member Information page, please click Add Missing Transaction (for ATL, HOU, IAH ORD, PHL and PHX only. For BOS and BWI please call the location). The information from your receipt will be sufficient to successfully add the transaction. If you want to add a PreFlight Prepaid reservation to your account, please click Associate Reservation with my Account. Your prepaid reservation receipt will have the necessary information.

Reservations:

Please click the Reservations tab and select your location. Click Edit/Cancel Reservation. You will then be prompted to provide Confirmation Number for the reservation and your last name. The Confirmation Number is the alphanumeric code printed underneath the bar code on the reservation receipt you were e-mailed. There is a reservation cancellation fee that varies by location. If you change the parking type or length of your reservation you will be charged/credited appropriately.
The easiest solution is to do nothing, and to plan to pay for the additional time parked when you are exiting the facility. We extend the same discounted daily prepaid reservation rate you paid online to any additional time parked.
Yes. If you are using one e-mail address with overlapping time-frames for multiple reservations, the system will prompt you with a verifying question for each additional reservation. Just answer yes when the system verifies that you want to proceed.
If you have a reservation you can just scan your reservation bar code at the entrance station at ATL, HOU, IAH, ORD, PHL and PHX and use that same barcode to enter your designated parking level (if applicable) and to exit. At BOS and BWI you do need to take a ticket at the entrance and give the ticket and reservation to the cashier at the exit.
This is for ATL, HOU, IAH, ORD, PHL and PHX locations only. At each of our access points you will be prompted to scan the bar code on your reservation. Scanning is most effective from a phone or tablet with a brightly lit screen or from a clear print out. It is best to put the device one or two inches away from the scanner at about a 45 degree angle pointing up. Also be advised each lane has an intercom; if you encounter difficulties an attendant will answer that intercom and can assist, including opening the gate remotely.
You must park in the type of parking (uncovered, covered, level 3, etc.) that you have reserved but there is not a specific section for reservation holders. At ATL and BOS please follow the signs to the designated row. For BWI, IAH and PHL the greeter will advise you on which row to park in. For HOU, ORD and PHX you can park anywhere on the level that you reserved.
The best approach is to be logged into your Frequent Parker account when making the reservation. When you get to the Payment Information page, you will have the option to use points as a method of payment.
Your reservation starts from the moment you enter the facility as long as you enter on the day of.
You can edit your reservation anytime up until one hour before it begins.
You must be logged into you frequent parker account on the app in order to see all reservations associated with it and you must have been logged into your account when making it.
You cannot use a reservation that was made for one location at a different location. All locations have different pricing structures. You can change the location by editing your reservation before the start time.
Parking availability depends on the time of year. You can make reservations as far in advance as 6 months and as close as one hour before your entry time.
No you cannot combine coupons with a reservation rate. Reservation rates are the lowest rates available.

Awards:

Log in to your Frequent Parker account and select the Award Center tab. Current active awards will be visible. Next to each award code is the option to click Cancel. Cancelling the Award will add the points back to your Frequent Parker account.
You can print out an award and give that printed award to someone else.

Location Information:

No. Our locations are all near- airport parking locations, not on the airport.

Other:

Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Account Information page, click View Detail/Print Receipt. A box will open showing transactions detailed, next to each transaction is the option to print that receipt. If you need a receipt that is not associated with a Frequent Parker account, please call the location.
There is no additional cost for the shuttle ride to and from the airport.
Our Locations are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Our shuttles run 24/7 but may require you to call if you need to be picked up from the airport very late or very early.

Our self-park locations are not responsible for any damage that may occur from your fellow parkers. If you valet park your vehicle with us and notice any damage you must report it before leaving our facility.
We do not provide car seats for children but you can bring your own and use them for your child as we shuttle you to and from the airport.
No we cannot store any items for customers at our locations.
Free battery jump service and tire inflation available at all PreFlight Airport Parking locations. We also offer electric vehicle charging stations at most locations.
No, and it's based on first come first serve basis.

Location Specific:

At ATL, HOU, IAH ORD, PHL and PHX you can scan your membership card (card or mobile app) to enter and exit the facility and to gain access to different parking areas. At the exit scan your card then scan the coupon (paper or mobile app) then insert your credit card. At BOS and BWI simply hand your card to the cashier along with payment.
Available at HOU and IAH only executive valet service means we park your car for you in a covered space. You also receive expedited shuttle service meaning the shuttle goes right to the airport when it picks you up and you are the first to be dropped off upon return.
At BOS, BWI, HOU, ORD, PHL and PHX all buses go to all terminals. At ATL and IAH we use a different shuttle to go to the international terminal. Important details for ATL international service are on the “What to Expect” section on the ATL page. For IAH please tell the greeter what terminal you are flying out of and they will direct you to the appropriate row so the correct shuttle picks you up.
Each airport has a different procedure to catch the shuttle back to PreFlight. Please check the “What to Expect” section on your airport’s PreFlight page.
At ATL, HOU, IAH, ORD, PHL, PHX, and BWI: Yes each location is secured by a perimeter fence and CCTV. BOS With only one secure access point and a perimeter fence and efficient drop off at your vehicle 24/7, you can have Peace of Mind.
The shuttle to the airport will pick you up at your car at ATL, BOS, BWI, HOU (level 2 only), IAH and PHL. In our parking garages (HOU, ORD and PHX) please follow the signs to the elevator lobby then go to the ground floor.
Covered parking spaces are covered to help protect you and your car from the weather while uncovered spaces are not. Valet parking means we park the car for you.
