Shuttle Info
- PreFlight Airport Parking is a 7 - 15 minute shuttle ride to Sky Harbor Airport.
- Upon your return, proceed to the area dedicated to Courtesy Vehicle pick-up for your terminal:
- Terminal 3 - NORTH side only, door 11, outer curb near Courtesy Vehicle sign
- Terminal 4 - NORTH side only, door 7, outer curb near the Courtesy Vehicle sign
- If your flight is arriving between 11 p.m.-8 a.m., please text"Party of # at terminal #" (insert your party # and which terminal you're at) to (480)925-9630 or call and share the same information.
- Please call at least 24 hours before your arrival to PreFlight PHX if you require a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, so we can have it prepared for your arrival.
Important Notice PreFlight is a near airport parking provider with a free shuttle to the airport. Please go to the addresss on this voucher to park. This voucher is your ticket, payment, and receipt. Please scan this bar code (paper or mobile device) to enter the facility, access the upper floors, and to exit.
To improve barcode scanning turn up the brightness of your phone. On the mobile app, touching the barcode will increase the brightness automatically. On the email, click the blue link to get a better barcode for scanning. Park anywhere on the floor that you reserved and walk to the ground floor lobby to catch the shuttle to the airport.
If the floor that you reserved is full please park on the next level of service and notify attendant in office.
Reminder - Be sure to get the red reminder slip from your shuttle driver or cashier with instructions on where to catch the return shuttle after your trip. For pick-up from the airport after hours (11PM - 8AM), please text "Party of # at terminal # (3 or 4)" or call 480-925-9630. During regular hours our buses will arrive at both terminals every 5 - 9 minutes

If actual check-in/out date is different from the reservation, an additional charge may apply. Unused days are non-refundable. Days are calculated on a 24-hour time frame starting when you enter the facility.
Cash is not accepted as payment but may be used to tip the driver. Credit/debit payments can be made at any device in any lane. Extend - If you are already parked there is no need to extend your reservation. You can pay the difference as you exit. The reservation discount will be applied to the additional day(s) automaticly. Please do not create a 2nd reservation as our system cannot process two reservations for the same stay. Cancel/Change -You may cancel or edit your reservation, on our website or mobile app, up to one hour before the reservation start time. A full refund less the reservation fee is given for cancellations made before the reservation start date/time. Coupons or other discounts cannot be used with this reservation. Our best available discount has already been applied. This reservation is for one stay with no in/out privileges. Carsharing transactions are prohibited unless prior approval is given by management.

PreFlight Airport Parking PHX is an off-airport parking at Sky Harbor, offering cheaper rates and better benefits than parking at Sky Harbor.
From free location amenities to unmatched stay convenience, you know you are secure! PreFlight PHX offers complimentary beverages, tire inflation, and free battery jump services to keep your vehicle in top shape before you hit the road again. For those with electric vehicles, we have charging stations available; just remember to bring your own charging cable to utilize this service. What to Expect at PreFlight PHX:
We recommend making your reservation times based on when you want to arrive at PreFlight and leave the PreFlight location, taking into account commute and baggage claim times before and after your flights.
PreFlight PHX is a three-story parking garage with an additional outdoor section. There are four types of parking:
- Premium Covered Self Park- The ground floor is our premium floor. It has the widest spaces and is covered. Park anywhere on the ground floor and walk to the nearest lobby (west or east) where our shuttle will take you to the airport.
- Economy Covered Self Park- Our 2nd floor is all covered with wider than average spaces. Scan the entry barcode (ticket, reservation, membership card) to access the 2nd floor of the garage. Park anywhere on the 2nd floor and walk to the nearest elevator lobby (west or east).
- Rooftop Self Park- Our 3rd floor has uncovered parking with standard size spaces. Scan the entry barcode (ticket, reservation, membership card) to access the 2nd floor then again to access the rooftop. Park anywhere on the roof and walk to the nearest elevator lobby (west or east). Take the elevator to the ground floor where our shuttle will take you to the airport.
- Outdoor Self Park- Our outdoor area has both uncovered and carport-type covered spaces (first come first served).
Parking Process at PreFlight:
- After you arrive at PreFlight PHX, scan your barcode at the gate and follow the signs to your reserved parking area. If you park in an area that isn't what you reserved, you may face additional charges at exit.
- Once you park, head to the ground floor and walk to the nearest lobby (west or east) on the ground floor
- A PreFlight shuttle will be there to pick you up in 5 - 10 minutes, and our driver will help you with your luggage and hand you a red & white locator slip. The red & white locator slip will have directions on where to get picked up upon your return.
- Upon your return, a shuttle will be able to pick you up at your terminal, follow the shuttle info on your locator slip and use the PreFlight shuttle tracker through the website or PreFlight app.
- The shuttle will drop you off at the same lobby (west or east) where you first boarded the bus to PHX airport.
- Follow the signs back to the ground floor exit (scan the same barcode you used upon entry to get to the lower floors).
You can edit or cancel a prepaid reservation prior to your start time and be refunded. Use the reservation receipt email or click here to make changes to your stay.
