I am a frequent guest and during my most recent visit, the motor on my rear window failed and you were kind enough to place a bag over the door to keep the car from getting wet. I truly appreciate your efforts.

After arriving late (midnight) and a long day of travel, it was nice to experience a pleasant shuttle driver. I know it is difficult working late nights however the staff was so friendly and courteous.

Every time I fly, I start my trip with Pre Flight Airport Parking and I always recommend Pre Flight to others because your service has always impressed me. It’s the professionalism, the clean buses, the reasonable rates, the convenience and the car-to-bus (door-to-door) service that I love.

Two weeks ago however, all previous experiences were trumped by Calvin. I enjoyed all the same great service that I have come to love AND Calvin … a ray of sunshine and a provider of exemplary customer service that has me terribly spoiled now! What a great personality he has! Please pass on my thanks to Calvin for making the start of my trip extra special. I smiled all the way to Florida just thinking about the fun bus ride with him in the morning!

I would like to commend your drivers. We noticed that they all wear their seat belts, pay attentive to detail and are not grabbing our luggage expecting a tip but seem genuinely surprised and grateful when we give them a tip. Your cashiers are always attentive and we get their complete attention for our transaction. In other words you run a uniquely successful facility. Please keep up the good work.

I began using your lot when you opened at BWI and have never used another one since. In my experience your service is top notch. It’s nice to go on a trip and receive the customer service your company provides and appreciate the courtesy and service from your drivers.

It is rare that I take the time to commend someone for outstanding customer relations. It seems even more uncommon for someone to go out of their way to make me smile and start my day off with a truly enjoyable experience in something as simple as a shuttle ride. But your driver Calvin makes that happen and is a true asset to your company and will keep me using PreFlight whenever I fly out of BWI.

My husband and I used PreFlight for the first time last week. What a pleasure you people are! From arriving on the lot, to the airport and returning to the lot two weeks later, we were most impressed with their concern, courtesy, response, and generally making the trip as pleasant as possible. We will always use your services and certainly recommend your facility to anyone that is flying out of BWI. Whatever your philosophy is, we like it lots!!!

I am writing you to commend you on your choice of employees and managers and how much their attentiveness to detail, commitment to customer interests, service, and potential satisfaction….from the driver of the shuttle bus I rode away from your facility to your attentive and courteous facility supervisor, Mr. Elkaouakibi.

A quick note to call to your attention to the outstanding service of some of your key staff and to thank you for their service on a recent experience. Upon returning from a a trip, we found that the rear brakes had locked up and we were unable to move. We called AAA and prepared to wait the hour for them to tow our car. We notified your manager on duty that evening, Karim, to please watch for the AAA flatbed and informed him of the problem as well. Karim quickly came to our aid, evaluated the problem and summoned additional staff to assist. Within minutes your driver Abdel (mechanic by trade) began to work on the rear tire where the problem was isolated and was able to correct the problem. We were frankly overwhelmed with the customer service these gentlemen provided. This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my 25+ years of traveling. We sincerely thank you and wish you the very best success.

I just wanted to tell you what a great experience it was parking in your lot. The drivers are wonderful and I wanted to let you know about an act of kindness. When I went to my car the battery was dead. I walked to the building to let your workers know that an AAA truck would be coming. One of your workers was kind enough to offer me assistance in starting the car with the battery charging service and got my car started promptly. I appreciated his help and his warm manner. Just wanted to take a minute to thank one of your supervisors Julio, who jump started my car. I’ve been parking with you for the past 4 ½ yrs. When I returned from a four day trip, I realized that I forgot to turn off my interior light and in freezing rain no less. Therefore I had a dead battery situation. Julio did not hesitate to come out in that weather and get me started and was able to get me home to my family. Just wanted you to know how one of your supervisors went above and beyond to help out. I had my luggage and carry on stolen. So I arrived at the pickup stall with just my purse. The driver was so understanding and sympathetic of my situation; he emptied the rest of the passengers before taking me to my car. The woman who took my payment was also very sympathetic and took the time to look up my Frequent Parker account number so I'd get credit for the extra days I had to pay due to the lost ticket. I left your facility feeling cared for, and believe me, it was a welcome feeling after the afternoon I endured. Please pass along my thanks.

The staff at PreFlight Houston Hobby are OUTSTANDING! When I arrived back at Hobby (after a 3 hour delay in New Orleans) your pick-up driver was so very kind and helpful and even called ahead to make sure my car would be ready. The gentlemen that gave me my car already had it started, cooled and handed me an ice cold bottled water! What a perfect welcome home! I am now a HUGE fan of PreFlight. See you soon!

This has to be the most pleasurable experience I have ever had in the 6 years I have lived in Phoenix. I usually take an airport shuttle which I have been extremely disappointed with. PreFlight is highly recommended. The pick up was seconds and most importantly on my return he was right there. Even though he had a full shuttle, the driver was courteous at the next stop to inform them that the next shuttle was on its way. I have never had that happen to me before, other companies would just drive by and look the other way. I will use PreFlight again and have already made reservations for my husband's trip.

PreFlight is fabulous. I use it every time I travel and highly recommend it to friends and family. It is easy to find, the prices are comparable if not slightly better than other parking facilities and the service is wonderful. Upon my arrival I was directed to an open spot (beneath a nice shady tree!) and the shuttle van pulled up immediately before we were even out of the car and began to unload our luggage from the trunk. Upon our return, we had been waiting for less than one minute at the zone marker when a shuttle came by to pick us up. I highly recommend PreFlight to anyone flying out of the Philadelphia airport!
