PreFlight Airport Parking COVID-19 Response:


PreFlight Airport Parking, like other companies, has made several changes to protect our employees and customers. We are following the CDC Guidelines closely and taking the appropriate steps in our facilities to ensure your safety. Here is what we are doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19.


Parking at PreFlight

Social Distancing

To help everyone practice social distancing, we are limiting the number of customers on the shuttles. We ask that passengers leave at least one empty seat between parties. At our ORD, HOU and PHX parking facilities, we are limiting the number of passengers on our elevators to three customers.

Masks

We are requiring staff to wear a mask while working. We request that customers wear a mask that covers both their nose and mouth once they exit their vehicle and while on the shuttle. In some locations, PreFlight may be obligated to turn customers away who don’t comply with government orders or mandates.

Hand Washing

Keeping everyone’s hands clean is important to prevent the spread of germs. We have added extra hand washing stations and hand sanitizer throughout the facility for customers to use.

Frequent Cleaning

High-touch areas are frequently cleaned by our staff. Areas that they will be cleaning regularly are shuttles, lobbies, access equipment and employee areas.

Employee Health

Employee health is one of our highest priorities. We are taking our employee’s temperature before they start their shift. If an employee becomes sick, they will be required to stay at home and not report to work. The employee will receive pay per our sick leave policies.


Additional steps for safety


  • When coming back from your trip, we ask that you call the PreFlight location for pick-up.
  • PreFlight is suspending our luggage assistance service temporarily to reduce risks.
  • Valet service at the HOU and IAH parking garages is temporarily closed.


Touchless Self-Park

We offer a touchless self-park experience for all our customers. Customers who reserve their parking online or through the PreFlight Airport Parking App will have access to a barcode for their stay. When entering or exiting the facility, customers simply use the scanners to scan the barcode. No need to touch any screens or buttons, and no one ever enters your vehicle.

Our locations are also cashless, so payments can be made with a credit or debit card.


Customer Service Accommodation:


  • We will waive cancelation fees through September.
  • There is no fee for changing your reservation.
  • PreFlight is pausing the expiration of points until September.
  • Call the facility directly if your car is stranded due to COVID-19.


Your Health and Safety

We want you to know our concern for customer safety goes beyond our facility. Airports and airlines are taking steps to help curb the spread of COVID-19. Here are some of the things you can do to prepare.

  • Visit both the airport and airline websites to learn what measures are being taken to protect flyers.
  • Air travelers will be required to wear a face covering to fly. Airlines may provide customers with a mask.
  • Temperature checks are the new norm. Check with the airline on what your options are for rebooking or cancelling if you are not permitted to fly.
  • Passengers are permitted to bring a 3-ounce bottle of hand sanitizer in their carry-on.
  • Each region is taking different steps to prevent infections. Take the time to educate yourself about what businesses or facilities are accessible to the public and requirements for a person to be in public.

How soon will points be added to my account?

Points are added within 48 hours after you exit the facility.

How can I update my credit card?

Log in to your Frequent Parker account and select the Express Pass tab. The web page that opens gives you the option to edit your payment information. After entering the new information click save the changes.

I made a reservation, then signed up for the Frequent Parker card, can I add the reservation to my account?

Yes. Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Account Information page, please click Associate Reservation with My Account. The information on your reservation receipt is all you need.
