Exit 347A on the left, "PA-291 S/Penrose Ave/Intl Airport"
Turn right on Penrose Ave/PA-291
Bear left onto Island Ave exit
Turn Left at traffic light onto Island Ave

95 Northbound:
Exit 13 follow signs to Island Avenue
Turn Left at the light onto Island Avenue.

Exit 15, Enterprise Avenue.
Turn Right at 2nd stop sign onto Island Avenue.

What to Expect at PreFlight PHL:

1) The entrance for PreFlight PHL is on Island Avenue two blocks south of I-95. Pull a ticket from the ticket dispenser (do not lose this ticket), and depending on your choice of parking service use the following directions:
  Indoor Self Park (with extra wide spaces) - Drive to the entrance of indoor parking area and scan the white ticket that you just pulled from the ticket dispenser. Park in the row the greeter directed you to  Please wait at your vehicle as one of our shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage up right at your vehicle within five minutes (except rows A, G, K, L & M). Be sure to get a red locator slip from the driver. The red locator slip will have your parking space identified on the front and directions on where to get picked up upon your return on the back of the slip.
  Outdoor Self Park - After pulling a ticket at the entrance follow the signs to the "active" parking row. This is the row where our shuttle buses are actively loading customers. Park anywhere on the "active" row. Please note: if you park in an area other than the row the signs are directing you to, the shuttle may not be able to find you and your service will be delayed. Please wait at your vehicle as one of our shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage up right at your vehicle within five minutes. Be sure to get a red locator slip from the driver. The red locator slip will have your parking space identified on the front and directions on where to get picked up upon your return on the back of the slip.

2) Upon your return (we hope you had a great trip), and after you have collected your luggage follow the signs in the airport to Zone 3 outside baggage claim. Please refer to the back of your red slip for further directions. A PreFlight shuttle will arrive at this area within five minutes. Please give your red slip to the driver. The driver will bring you back to your vehicle, giving first priority to covered parking customers and then by parking location.

3) Once you have reached your vehicle, follow the signs to the cashier exit located at the entrance plaza. Please have your white ticket, coupon, vouchers and payment ready. Please note: your coupon or voucher must be presented to the cashier before the transaction is completed in order to receive a discount. Thanks for parking with PreFlight.
 
EV Charging - We provide a 120 volt "household" outlet in the indoor area of the parking facility.  You can plug into this outlet for the entirety of your trip at no extra charge.
 
THE AVERAGE SHUTTLE TIME TO THE TERMINALS IS 6-8 MINUTES.

How soon will points be added to my account?

Points are added within 48 hours after you exit the facility.

How can I update my credit card?

Log in to your Frequent Parker account and select the Express Pass tab. The web page that opens gives you the option to edit your payment information. After entering the new information click save the changes.

I made a reservation, then signed up for the Frequent Parker card, can I add the reservation to my account?

Yes. Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Account Information page, please click Associate Reservation with My Account. The information on your reservation receipt is all you need.
