Notice- Our new garage has a different operating model.  After you park your vehicle take the elevator to the ground floor where a shuttle will leave for the airport every 4 - 6 minutes.  Our state of the art lobby will have all the amenities that you would expect at a first class travel center.

Driving directions:

From North Scottsdale: Go south on Loop 101 to Loop 202 West. Take Loop 202 west exit. Take Loop 202 west to 44th St. exit (Exit#2). Turn left (south) onto 44th St. Go south 2 1/2 blocks and PreFlight Parking will be on the right side of street.

From North Phoenix/Carefree/: Take Hwy 51 (Squaw Peak Pkwy) south to Loop 202 East. Exit Loop 202 East at 40th-44th St. exit (Exit#2). Turn right at 2nd stop light after exiting loop 202. This is 44th St. Go south 2 1/2 blocks and PreFlight Parking will be on the right side of street.

From Northwest Phoenix/Sun City/Wickenburg: Take I-17 south to I-10 East then to Loop 202 East. Exit Loop 202 East at 40th-44th St. exit (Exit#2). Turn right at 2nd stop light after exiting loop 202. This is 44th St. Go south 2 1/2 blocks and PreFlight Parking will be on the right side of street.
From West Phoenix/Glendale/Peoria/Youngtown/Litchfield Park: Take I-10 East to Loop 202 East (Exit#147A ). Exit Loop 202 East at 40th-44th St. exit (Exit#2). Turn right at 2nd stop light after exiting loop 202. This is 44th St. Go south 2 1/2 blocks and PreFlight Parking will be on the right side of street.

From Southwest Phoenix/Ahwatukee/Tucson: Take I-10 west to Hwy 143 exit (Exit#153A). Go North to Washington St. exit (Exit#4). Turn left on Washington St. (West) to 44th St. Turn right on to 44th St. (North). PreFlight is located on your left after making the turn.

From East Valley: Take Hwy 60 (Superstition Freeway) west to Loop 101 North. Take Loop 101 North to Loop 202 West. Take Loop 202 West to 44th St. exit (Exit#2). Turn left (south) onto 44th St. Go 2 blocks south to Preflight Parking on right side of street.

From Airport:  Follow the signs to 44th St north.  Go north on 44th St. about 1.7 miles. We are 1/2 bock past Washington Street on left.

What to Expect at PreFlight PHX:
 
PreFlight PHX is a three story parking garage with an additional outdoor section.  There are four types of parking:

 Premium Covered Self Park- The ground floor is our premium floor.  It has the widest spaces and is covered.  Park anywhere on the ground floor and walk to the nearest lobby where our shuttle will take you to the airport.  Shuttles leave every 4 - 6 minutes.  Be sure to get a red & white locator slip from the driver. The red & white locator slip will have directions on where to get picked up upon your return.  

 Economy Covered Self Park- Our 2nd floor is all covered with wider than average spaces.  Scan the entry barcode (ticket, reservation, membership card) to access the 2nd floor of the garage.  Park anywhere on the 2nd floor and walk to the nearest elevator lobby.  Take the elevator to the ground floor where our shuttle will take you to the airport.  Shuttles leave every 4 - 6 minutes.  Be sure to get a red & white locator slip from the driver. The red & white locator slip will have directions on where to get picked up upon your return.                            
 
 Rooftop Self Park- Our 3rd floor has uncovered parking with standard size spaces.  Scan the entry barcode (ticket, reservation, membership card) to access the 2nd floor then again to access the rooftop.  Park anywhere on the roof and walk to the nearest elevator lobby.  Take the elevator to the ground floor where our shuttle will take you to the airport.  Shuttles leave every 4 - 6 minutes.  Be sure to get a red & white locator slip from the driver. The red & white locator slip will have directions on where to get picked up upon your return    
 
 Outdoor Self Park- Our outdoor area is mostly uncovered but has some carport type covered spaces.  The covered spaces in the outdoor area are available for no additional charge on a first come first served.    
 
Upon your return proceed to the area dedicated for Courtesy Vehicle pick-up for your terminal: 
Terminal 2 - Go to the outer curb near door 5 by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign. 
Terminal 3 - On the north side of the terminal, go to the outer curb near door 9 by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign. 
Terminal 4 - On the north side of the terminal, go to the outer curb near door 7 by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign  
A PreFlight shuttle will arrive at this area within four - six minutes (between 11PM - 8AM please call 602.267.0166 for pick up). The driver will bring you back to the same lobby where you first boarded the bus.        
 
 To Exit follow the signs back to the ground floor exit (scan the same barcode you used upon entry to get to the lower floors). You can pay using the kiosks in the lobby or in the exit lane.  Scan your entry barcode then membership card (optional), then any coupons or vouchers and pay the balance using a credit card.  Cash payment must be made at the kiosk in the lobby.  Thanks for parking with PreFlight.
 
THE AVERAGE SHUTTLE TIME TO THE TERMINALS IS 4-7 MINUTES.
 
Wheel Chair Accessible Shuttles:
Please call at least 24 hours before you arrive at our facility so that we can have a wheel chair accessible vehicle ready to take you to/from the airport.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will points be added to my account?

Points are added within 48 hours after you exit the facility.

How can I update my credit card?

Log in to your Frequent Parker account and select the Express Pass tab. The web page that opens gives you the option to edit your payment information. After entering the new information click save the changes.

I made a reservation, then signed up for the Frequent Parker card, can I add the reservation to my account?

Yes. Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Account Information page, please click Associate Reservation with My Account. The information on your reservation receipt is all you need.
