"I love Preflight and always use them but for some reason the website will not let me log on. I even tried changing my password but still could not get in therefore could not use previous points, and of course there seems no number to call for help"

"I've tried several of the other parking facilities around the ATL airport, but always come back to this one. Reasons being: cost, easy in and out, frequency of the shuttles, and the cold bottle of water I can grab on my way out."
