At PreFlight Parking BOS, we have been helping travelers make their trips simpler by getting to and from Boston Logan Airport for over 10 years and helping more than 40,000 travelers annually by providing off-airport parking. We have listened to our travelers to help build what we know about Boston's international airport. With what we have learned, here is our guide to everything you need to know about Logan Airport to help make your next adventure easier!
The busiest days and times are weekdays from 6:00 to 8:30 AM and 4:00 to 7:00 PM, and Sundays from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
Travel Tip: Arrive at least 2 hours early so you have enough time to navigate the airport and get through security. There is plenty to see and do at the airport, so you might want to stay longer!
TSA screening times vary, depending on the day of the week and time of day. Always allow at least 30 minutes for security clearance.
Travel Tip: Track your flight during your commute to the airport and while you’re away from your gate. Link to tracking your Flight. There is also an app called FlyLogan, which offers flight notifications, food options, an interactive airport map, a virtual assistant, and the ability to order food ahead of time.
There are 11 lounges available. There are 3 Delta Lounges, 2 in Terminal A and one in Terminal E. There are United, American Airlines, and Chase Sapphire lounges located in Terminal B. In Terminal C, there is only one called The Lounge-Aer Lingus. To round out the list, there is an Emirates and a Lufthansa lounge.
All of the lounges vary in terms of when they are open, so check the app to confirm.
There are 76 different food options at the Logan Airport before and after security:
Boston Logan has a lot of coffee options. There are multiple Starbucks in each terminal. Other options include Peet’s Coffee and Dunkin Donuts.
Have more time before your flight and looking for a place to sit down? Stop at any of Logan’s sit-down restaurants, such as Boston Public Market, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, and Gachi Sushi & Noodles.
Want to eat before dropping off your car? Some locations near our facility include:
There are 8 nurseries at the airport: 4 in Terminal A on the second floor, 2 in Terminal B on the second floor, and one in both Terminal C (second floor) and E (third floor)
For older children, there is a play area called Kidport where they can run around and play before their flight. Kidport play areas are located in Terminals A, B, and C.
Traveling with a pet? The airport has two locations designated for your pet:
Before Security: Go to Terminal B, go through the Terminal B106 door, and take a right; the relief area will be at the end of last flower bed.
After Security: Make your way to Gate B4, and across the way is the relief area
If you lost something in the common spaces of the airport: you can fill out this form to see if the airport staff found it or you can go to the Lost and Found Office, located at Arrivals between Terminal C and E.
If you lost something on your flight: you will have to contact your airline.
If you lost an item at TSA: there is a form to see if they found your lost items.
There are information counters at each terminal right before security, but there aren't any at the gates. You also have the option to use the FlyLogan app to send a message to an agent for help, or if you'd rather have a conversation, you can dial 800-235-6426.
Navigating the airport: When you enter any of the terminals there large handicapped signs next to wheelchairs with staff that can help you to your gate. If you book your flight with wheelchair service you can get pre-boarding for additional support. You can also talk to an airline representative at their designated counter to request a wheelchair.
Restroom Access: Each bathroom is ADA-compliant, with 33 assisted care restrooms across the airport. The assisted care restrooms are at almost every bathroom area at the airport, they tend to be at the ends of each terminal unless its near security, lounge, or dining area.

For Low-Vision or Blind Travelers: the Aira app provides audio descriptions of your surroundings so you can safely navigate the airport with a live agent helping you the entire time. Usually, it requires a subscription, but Sky Harbor offers this service for free when you're at the airport.
The airport also offers a program called Wings for Autism that allows children with autism to practice the traveling process so they aren't overwhelmed. More than 10,000 individuals have used this to make their traveling experience easier. This is an event at the Charles River Center. You can either call the center at (781)972-1000 or email wingsforautism@massport.com to learn more about the program.
