Domestic Flights:
Follow signs past the baggage claim to the Ground Transportation Center and look for space D3. For airport pickup between Midnight - 7:00 a.m., please call (404) 767-8000 or text (312) 533-8796 with "Terminal domestic" and the number of passengers.
International Flights:
Please ensure your reservation is for 'Covered' (International Only) and that you are parked in the designated section (rows R, S, V, or W) in our covered parking area for international shuttle pick-up, to avoid any additional costs at the exit. Please note that the service runs on the hour and 30 minutes after the hour. For return shuttles, please call (404)767-8000 or text (312)533-8796 "Terminal international" and # of passengers to get back to PreFlight.
Bumper to Terminal service! Shuttles will transport you to and from the airport, with pickup and drop-off at your vehicle. PreFlight offers a 7-10 minute shuttle ride to ATL Airport.

If you need a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, please call 24 hours in advance to ensure it's ready for your arrival.
Important Notice PreFlight is a near-airport parking provider with a free shuttle to the airport. Please go to the address on this voucher to park.

Domestic termianl service- To be transported back from the airport, follow signs past baggage claim to Ground Transportation Center for space B3 International terminal service - To be transported to and/or from the International Terminal guests must park in the designated section (rows R, S, V or W) in our covered parking area. Service runs on the hour and 30 minutes after the hour. Follow the signs to the area designated for International Terminal parking. Please call 404.767.8000 or text terminal (domestic or international) and # of passengers to 312.533.8796 for shuttle service from the International Terminal back to PreFlight.
The reservation voucher is your ticket, payment, and receipt. Please scan this voucher (paper or mobile device) to enter and exit the facility and to enter the covered parking area.
Extend - If you are already parked there is no need to extend your reservation. You can pay the difference as you exit. The reservation discount will be applied to the additional day(s) automatically. Please do not create a 2nd reservation as our system cannot process two reservations for the same stay. If actual check-in/out date is different from the reservation, additional charges may apply. Unused days are non-refundable or transferable. Days are calculated on a 24-hour time frame starting when you enter the facility.
Be sure to get the slip from the driver with directions on where to catch the return shuttle. Follow the signs past south terminal baggage claim to the Ground Transportation Center and look for space D3.
PreFlight is a cashless facility. Credit/debit cards only for additional charges, please.
Cancel/Change -You may cancel or edit your reservation, on our website or mobile app, up to one hour before the reservation start time. A full refund less the reservation fee is given for cancellations made before the reservation start date/time.
Coupons cannot be used with a prepaid reservation. Our best available discount has already been applied.

We Offer Three Types of Parking:
We recommend making your reservation times based on when you want to arrive at PreFlight and leave the PreFlight location, taking into account commute and baggage claim times before and after your flights.
- Covered Domestic Self Park - Enjoy shaded parking to protect your vehicle, and enjoy priority shuttle pick up and drop off
- Covered International Parking - This area is specific to the International terminal and has its own designated shuttles that run every hour and 30 minutes after the hour.
- Uncovered Domestic Self Park - Outside parking offering great service with shuttle pick-up and drop-off directly to your vehicle. Please follow the signs to the "active" parking row. This is the row where our shuttle buses are actively loading customers. Park anywhere on the "active" row.
What to Expect at PreFlight ATL:
- When you reach PreFlight Airport Parking ATL, you will scan your reservation barcode at the gate, follow the signs to the designated row in the parking type that you selected (covered or uncovered). Please scan again to enter covered parking. If you reserved International Covered Parking, please park in rows R,S,V, or W.
- Please wait at your vehicle, as one of our shuttle buses will pick you up and your luggage right from your vehicle within 7-10 minutes. Be sure to get a red locator slip from the driver. The red locator slip will have your parking space identified on the front and directions on where to get picked up upon your return on the back of the slip. For service from the International Terminal runs on the hour and 30 minutes after the hour.
- Upon your return (we hope you had a great trip), and after you have collected your luggage, use the PreFlight app, website, or locator slip for pick-up information and real-time shuttle tracking. The driver will bring you back to your vehicle, giving priority to covered parking customers, and then by parking location.
- Once you have reached your vehicle, follow the signs to the exit located at the entrance plaza. Please have your parking pass ready. Thanks for parking with PreFlight.
You can edit or cancel a prepaid reservation prior to your start time and be refunded. Use the reservation receipt email to make changes to your stay.
