PreFlight Airport Parking is a 7 - 15 minute shuttle ride to O'Hare International Airport.
Airport pickup location for terminals 1, 2 & 3: Proceed to the terminal 2 baggage claim area and exit through door 2C (near the information desk). Then, proceed to the middle curb located between doors 2C and 2E.

For Terminal 5 pickup: please call 847-678-9234 to arrange a pickup once you have cleared customs. Proceed to the lower level, outer curb, outside door 5E for pickup.
If you need a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, please call 847-678-9234 at least 24 hours in advance to ensure it's ready for your arrival.
During cold weather, you can walk inside Terminal 2 to door 2C near the information desk or follow the signs using the lower tunnel to Terminal 2, then up to baggage claim, then to door 2C near the information desk. Go out to the middle lane and look right for the bus.
For more detailed pickup instructions from each terminal:
- From Terminal 1 with no checked luggage: stay inside security and follow the signs to Terminal 2. Go to terminal 2 baggage claim area and exit door 2C (near information desk) go out to middle curb and look to the right for the PreFlight bus. From terminal 1 baggage claim: exit door 1F (near baggage claim 1), go to the right to terminal 2 middle curb.
- From terminal 2: go to baggage claim and exit door 2C near the information desk, go out to middle curb and look right for the PreFlight bus.
- From terminal 3: go to baggage claim and exit door 3A (farthest left), go left to terminal 2 middle curb.
- For Terminal 5 pickup: please call or text for pick up once you clear customs. Proceed to the lower level outer curb outside door 5E for pick up.

The voucher is your ticket, payment, and receipt. Please scan the bar code (paper or mobile device) to enter the facility, access the upper floors, and exit.
To improve barcode scanning turn up the brightness of your phone. On the mobile app, touching the barcode will increase the brightness automatically. On the email, click the blue link to get a better barcode for scanning.
If the level of parking you reserved is full please see the attendant in the garage office or call the garage office at (847) 678-9234 for further direction.
Be sure to get the red reminder slip from your shuttle driver with instructions on where to catch the return shuttle after your trip.
If actual check-in/out date is different from the reservation, an additional charge may apply. Additional day(s) will be charged at the discounted reservation rate. Unused days are non-refundable. Days are calculated on a 24-hour time frame starting when you enter the garage. Extend - If you are already parked there is no need to extend your reservation. You can pay the difference as you exit. The reservation discount will be applied to the additional day(s) automatically. Please do not create a 2nd reservation as our system cannot process two reservations for the same stay. PreFlight is a cashless facility. Credit/debit cards only for additional charges, please. Cancel/Change -You may cancel or edit your reservation, on our website or mobile app, up to one hour before the reservation start time. A full refund less the reservation fee is given for cancellations made before the reservation start date/time.
Our points expire three years after the transaction date.

Types of Parking at PreFlight ORD
PreFlight ORD is a four-story parking garage that offers three different parking options:
We recommend making your reservation times based on when you want to arrive at PreFlight and leave the PreFlight location, taking into account commute and baggage claim times before and after your flights.
- Roof top parking - located on the fourth level, this is the most economical option
- Economy Covered - Located on floors 2 & 3, this area is covered, and the stalls are wider than rooftop parking
- Premium Covered - located on the ground floor, this area is covered and offers the widest parking spaces at O'Hare, and offers EV charging.
PreFlight Facts: We never close. We are 2.5 miles or 7 - 12 minutes from the airport, and our shuttles run every 5 - 10 minutes.
We recommend that you arrive at our facility at least 30 minutes prior to the time that you want to be at the airport.
What is the parking process?
- Please scan your prepaid reservation barcode to enter the facility.
- Follow the signs to your reserved parking floor. If you have parking higher than the 1st floor, you will scan your pass to enter the 2nd floor and again to enter the rooftop area.
- After parking, make your way down to the lobby on the first floor, to board the shuttle to the airport.
- Upon your return (we hope you had a great trip), and after collecting your luggage, follow the directions on the reminder slip (driver will give you) to the pickup area. Use PreFlight's shuttle tracker in the app or website for real-time tracking and shuttle information. Shuttles run every 5 -10 minutes.
- Once you have reached your vehicle, follow the exit signs to the exit lanes and scan your reservation to exit. Thanks for parking with PreFlight!
You can edit or cancel a prepaid reservation prior to your start time and be refunded. Use the reservation receipt email or click here to make changes to your stay.
