Alert Notice
Our pick-up area at the airport has changed!  We no longer pick-up at Domestic Ground Transportation but now pick-up outside door LN1 of the north terminal (take the escalator down near baggage claim 4 of the north terminal).  This new covered pick-up area is a shorter walk compared to our former pick-up area at Ground Transportation!  Not only is the walk shorter but most of it is inside!
Construction is over!  We have resumed dropping off at both the south and north terminals! 
International Terminal Service is from our COVERED PARKING section only and runs every 20 minutes. See details in "What to Expect" section.

How soon will points be added to my account?

Points are added within 48 hours after you exit the facility.

How can I update my credit card?

Log in to your Frequent Parker account and select the Express Pass tab. The web page that opens gives you the option to edit your payment information. After entering the new information click save the changes.

I made a reservation, then signed up for the Frequent Parker card, can I add the reservation to my account?

Yes. Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Account Information page, please click Associate Reservation with My Account. The information on your reservation receipt is all you need.
