PreFlight continues to require customers and employees to wear a mask in elevators, in our lobby and on the shuttle (same rules as the airport and on the airplane).
We are currently repairing our tracking devices. Our shuttles are running. Please see below for instructions.
Please proceed to the lower level outer lane zone 3. A PreFlight shuttle stops at zone 3 every 6 - 12 minutes. If you parked with valet please give your valet stub to the driver. If you parked on the second floor please give your red slip to the driver. If you parked on floors three, four, or rooftop you do not need to give anything to the driver simply exit the shuttle at the ground floor elevator lobby and take the elevator to your floor.
