What to Expect at PreFlight IAH Greens Road:

1) The entrance for PreFlight IAH is on Greens Road two blocks west of JFK.  The only time you will be asked to present a reservation is when the "FULL" sign is displayed.  If you made a reservation and the "FULL" sign is displayed, don't worry we saved a space for you! Otherwise, pull a ticket from the ticket dispenser (do not lose this ticket) and stop at the cashier booth and the cashier will direct you where to park.  We have two types of parking both at the same low price:
  Covered or Uncovered Self Park  - Please know which terminal that your flight departs from.  The cashier will give you a specific row to park in. Please proceed to that row following the directional signs on the lot. You may park anywhere on that row. Please note, if you park in an area other than the row the cashier directed you to the shuttle may not be able to find you and your service will be delayed. Please wait at your vehicle as one of our shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage up right at your vehicle within 5 - 7 minutes. Be sure to get a red & white locator slip from the driver. The red & white locator slip will have your parking space identified and directions on where to get picked up upon your return.

2) Upon your return (we hope you had a great trip), and after you have collected your luggage proceed to the area dedicated for shuttle pick-up for your terminal. Please refer to your red & white slip for further directions. A PreFlight shuttle will arrive at this area within 5 - 7 minutes (for faster service between midnight and 8:00 AM, and at all times at Terminals D and E, call 281.442.5600). Please give your red & white slip to the driver. The driver will bring you back to your vehicle.

3) Once you have reached your vehicle follow the signs to the cashier exit located at the entrance plaza. Please have your white ticket, coupon, vouchers, and payment ready. Please note: your coupon or voucher must be presented to the cashier before the transaction is completed in order to receive a discount. If you are a member of our Frequent Parker Program please give membership card to cashier with payment to earn free parking or Frequent Flier Miles. Thanks for parking with PreFlight.

Wheel Chair Accessible Shuttles:
Please call at least 30 minutes before you arrive at our facility so that we can have a wheel chair accessible vehicle ready to take you to the airport. Upon your return please call us as soon as possible as well, it may take up to 30 minutes for a wheel chair accessible vehicle to pick you up from the airport as well.

How soon will points be added to my account?

Points are added within 48 hours after you exit the facility.

How can I update my credit card?

Log in to your Frequent Parker account and select the Express Pass tab. The web page that opens gives you the option to edit your payment information. After entering the new information click save the changes.

I made a reservation, then signed up for the Frequent Parker card, can I add the reservation to my account?

Yes. Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Account Information page, please click Associate Reservation with My Account. The information on your reservation receipt is all you need.
