Shuttle Information

Please proceed to the area dedicated for Courtesy Vehicle pick-up for your terminal:

Terminal 3 - On the north side of the terminal only, go to the outer curb near door 9 by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign.

Terminal 4 - On the north side of the terminal only, go to the outer curb near door 7 by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign.

Parking Information

Save up to 50% with our Prepaid Special- Rooftop Parking only $4.90* / day and Garage Covered Parking only $6.86* / day.

PreFlight PHX offers 4 parking options: Premium Covered (1st floor), Economy Covered (2nd floor), Outdoor (Open lot with some covered stalls), and Rooftop Parking.

PreFlight has the widest stalls serving PHX in our Premium Covered and Outdoor areas!

Important Notice

COVID-19 update:

  • We are open but with reduced shuttle service. Please text "# of people [ex: 2 for 2 ppl] & terminal # (3 or 4?)” to 480.925.9630 for shuttle service.
  • Our luggage assistance service is on a request only basis and our employees may opt to not handle luggage.
  • PreFlight requires customers to wear a mask on the shuttle as our employees do.
  • We are limiting the number of passengers on each bus to promote social distancing. Please leave an empty seat between parties (unless there is a partition).
  • We are frequently cleaning high touch areas on the buses, lobbies, access equipment, and employee areas.
  • Cancellation fees are waived through December and we don't have a change fee.
  • The expiration of points has been paused until January 15, 2021.
  • PreFlight PHX is a self-park facility. You park and lock your car and no one else touches it.

    General Information About Preflight Airport Parking

    Preflight is a better long term parking option than on-airport lots. Whether you choose Premium Covered (1st Floor), Covered 2nd Floor Parking, or Outdoor parking, you'll get wider spaces and great service. The ride to the terminals takes 4-7 minutes. Please call 24 hours ahead if you will need a wheelchair accessible shuttle. Come home to a clean car: Hand car wash service is available from $29. Check in with the cashier at the entrance. Cannot be used with any other discount including a prepaid parking reservation.

    How soon will points be added to my account?

    Points are added within 48 hours after you exit the facility.

    How can I update my credit card?

    Log in to your Frequent Parker account and select the Express Pass tab. The web page that opens gives you the option to edit your payment information. After entering the new information click save the changes.

    I made a reservation, then signed up for the Frequent Parker card, can I add the reservation to my account?

    Yes. Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Account Information page, please click Associate Reservation with My Account. The information on your reservation receipt is all you need.
